A confidential 24-hour phone service for women. Services include: crisis counselling, emotional support, a discussion of options, safety planning, and information and referral. Friends and family members of women experiencing abuse or at-risk are also welcome to call. The toll-free number will not appear on phone bills.

Offers a variety of groups for individuals who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. There is a men’s group, a women’s group, a gay and bisexual men’s group, and a supportive caregivers group for caregivers of children who have disclosed having experienced sexual abuse. There is also a child and family program for children who are exhibiting sexual behaviour programs that are developmentally inappropriate, intrusive or aggressive. Many of the groups are for 11 weeks.
